Since joining Samsung Electronics in 1989, Mr. Han has gained extensive product experience in DRAM/Flash design and product/solution development. He has held various leadership positions, including Head of SSD Development Team, Head of Product Planning Team, and Head of Strategic Marketing Team, where his expertise and insight helped Samsung Electronics secure leadership in the memory market.

In 2022, he was appointed as Head of DSA, where he led the semiconductor business at the forefront in the U.S. With his technical prowess and business acumen, he gained a wealth of global customer response experience and a network.

Currently, as the head of Foundry Business, he is leading the process technology innovation and strengthening the network with key customers to secure competitiveness for the growth of the foundry business.

Mr. Han received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University in 1989.
