Vladimir (Vlad) Rozanovich serves as the Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Solutions Group at Lenovo. In this role, he leads worldwide sales and the end to end customer experience for Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions.

Rozanovich joined Lenovo in June 2021 as Senior Vice President and President of Lenovo North America. In this role he was responsible for driving revenue and profit growth in North America for Lenovo’s three primary business groups: Intelligent Devices Group – PC and mobile (Motorola) – Infrastructure Solutions Group and Solutions & Services Group. Under his leadership, the North America team successfully navigated supply and market challenges in the PC space, while growing Lenovo’s market share in infrastructure, solutions, and services businesses.

Prior to joining Lenovo, Rozanovich built a diverse technology record at AMD, where he spent 24 years. As AMD’s Corporate Vice President, Enterprise and Server Sales, he led the strategy and team responsible for the company’s Server and Datacenter Products, managing customer relationships and Go to Market activities with both OEMs and end users of those technologies. Previously at AMD, he held several executive-level positions including Corporate Vice President Americas Region, Corporate Vice President, HP Global Account and Director of Commercial Business.

Rozanovich holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University with a minor in Business Administration.

Trish Damkroger is Senior Vice President and General Manager of High Performance Computing (HPC) & AI at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she leads end-to-end product strategy and innovation for the company’s HPC and artificial intelligence business unit, driving global growth and next-generation solutions in advanced computing. In this role, she has been instrumental in advancing cutting-edge technologies that optimize supercomputing infrastructure and accelerate AI performance at scale, including industry-leading frameworks for modeling and managing high-performance systems. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Lumina AI.

Before joining HPE in 2022 and Lumina AI in 2024, Trish served as Vice President and General Manager of the High Performance Computing group at Intel, where she set strategic direction for HPC technologies from exascale systems to departmental supercomputers. Prior to her tenure in industry, she held senior computational leadership roles at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories, managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex technical programs. A long-time contributor to the supercomputing community, she has also played leadership roles in major international HPC conferences. Trish holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and serves on the Board of Directors for AI technology firms.

Arun Kishan is a Technical Fellow, Corporate Vice President, and General Manager of Azure Compute at Microsoft, where he leads the strategy, engineering, and execution of Azure’s global compute platform. In this role, he oversees the development of core cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, host systems, and custom silicon–enabled solutions that improve performance, scalability, and energy efficiency for customers worldwide. With more than 20 years of experience in large-scale distributed systems and software engineering, Arun has held progressively senior technical and leadership roles at Microsoft, contributing to foundational advances in cloud architecture and platform reliability. He is recognized for combining deep hands-on technical expertise with executive leadership to deliver secure, high-performance cloud services at hyperscale.

He is also the author and co-author of several books on Kubernetes and distributed systems. Prior to Microsoft he worked on Google web search infrastructure and the Google cloud platform. He has a PhD in Robotics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Computer Science and Studio Art from Williams College.

Sandeep Bharathi is President of the Data Center Group at Marvell, responsible for the company’s end-to-end data center business, including Custom Cloud Solutions, Connectivity, Data Center Switch, and Cloud Optics. He also leads Central Engineering and Data Center Engineering, ensuring strong alignment between product development and business execution across Marvell’s full data center portfolio.


His leadership plays a key role in advancing Marvell’s strategy to deliver optimized silicon solutions for the world’s leading cloud and AI infrastructure customers. Sandeep also helps shape the company’s long-term technology direction and works closely with customers to define next-generation data infrastructure solutions.


Before assuming his current role, Sandeep served as Chief Development Officer at Marvell, where he led the company’s global engineering organization. He oversaw Marvell’s transition to advanced-node silicon, built a world-class engineering development team, and consistently delivered first-time-right silicon across a range of complex designs. His leadership was instrumental in launching Marvell’s first custom silicon programs for hyperscale customers, while also scaling the company’s engineering capabilities to support long-term innovation and execution. 


Prior to joining Marvell, he was Vice President of Engineering at Intel, where he led FPGA product and technology development. He also held senior engineering leadership roles at Xilinx and Advanced Micro Devices. A longtime industry veteran, Sandeep is a proven innovator who has brought to market multiple CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, SoCs, and custom silicon designs — generating billions in cumulative revenue. He earned a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.

Chris Koopmans is President and Chief Operating Officer at Marvell. Prior to becoming President and COO, Chris served as Chief Operations Officer, where he played a central role in scaling the company’s operations to support growth across cloud, AI, and carrier infrastructure. Earlier in his tenure, he was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Operations, leading corporate transformation initiatives, M&A integrations, and global marketing. He also previously led the Networking & Connectivity Business Group and Global Sales and Marketing, helping expand the company’s market presence and drive sustained growth.

Chris earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois. As a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, he pursued advanced studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the same institution. He holds more than 10 issued patents.
