Dell Technologies is one of the world’s largest IT companies serving the needs of global corporations and governments to small businesses and consumers. Michael’s story started when he founded Dell Technologies with $1000 in 1984 at the age of 19. Notably quoted as saying that “technology is about enabling human potential,” Michael’s vision of how technology should be designed, manufactured and sold forever changed the IT industry. In 1992, Michael became the youngest CEO ever to earn a ranking on the Fortune 500. Known and admired for his astute business vision and bold moves, Michael took Dell Technologies private in 2013, setting the stage to architect the largest technology deal in history with the combination of Dell, EMC and VMware in 2016 and the subsequent relisting of Dell Technologies on the public markets in 2018. 

In 1998, Michael formed MSD Capital, now DFO Management, a private investment firm that exclusively manages the capital for the Dell family. And in 1999, he established his family foundation, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, with the mission of building pathways that change lives throughout the world.

Michael is an honorary member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum and is an executive committee member of the International Business Council. He is also a member of the Technology CEO Council and the Business Roundtable. He serves on the advisory board of Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China and on the governing board of the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. He is Chairman of the BDT & MSD Advisory Board, and also served as the United Nations Foundation's first Global Advocate for Entrepreneurship. Michael is the author of two books, Direct from Dell and Play Nice But Win.

Shashi Upadhyay is Zendesk’s President of Product, Engineering, and AI, responsible for developing innovative products that leverage advanced AI. With a proven track record of creating transformative solutions, he combines a deep understanding of AI's potential for business transformation with a strong commitment to customer-centric design.

Before Zendesk, Shashi held a key role at Google, where he led the advertiser product portfolio and spearheaded innovation as the head of Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV3, SA3, and Performance Max, one of Google’s fastest-growing products. Prior to Google, he founded Lattice Engines, which was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) in 2019. He played an instrumental role in D&B's public offering in 2020 and has since become an active investor in startups across diverse sectors, including energy storage, neuroscience, and enterprise infrastructure.

Shashi earned his undergraduate degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and went on to obtain a Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University.

Michael Fitz is the Vice President of Solution Sales and Indirect Channels at T-Mobile for Business. The
Solution Specialist team specializes in providing 5G Advanced Network Solutions, Fixed Wireless, IoT,
Collaboration, and Security Solutions to customers across all T-Mobile for Business segments nationwide.
Mr. Fitz also leads the Indirect Sales Channel, which includes Connected Solution Providers (Resellers) and
Channel Partners. By leveraging the strengths and expertise of this partner ecosystem, T-Mobile for
Business is expanding its market reach to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions to even more customers.
Having Solution Sales Specialists and Indirect Channels under Mr. Fitz's leadership, T-Mobile for Business is
positioned to simplify the delivery of solutions to customers and enhance its ability to bring innovative
solutions to market.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Fitz served as Vice President of Global Wireline and Strategic Accounts
within T-Mobile for Business. The Strategic Accounts segment represents T-Mobile’s largest business
customers. At the same time, Mr. Fitz served as T-Mobile’s (and formerly Sprint’s) General Manager of the
Global Wireline business from 2016-2022, culminating in the planned sale of the business unit to Cogent.

Mr. Fitz has been with T-Mobile 28 years (Sprint prior to 2020), spanning various B2B roles across customer
service, strategy, sales engineering, and product management. He has been awarded annual executive
leadership awards and received industry awards including Fierce Telecom’s “Rising Star of Wireline”. Prior
to T-Mobile, Mr. Fitz worked at GE in Network and Data Security roles after completing GE’s prestigious
Information Systems Management Program.

Mr. Fitz was awarded his MBA from the University of Maryland and earned his bachelor’s degree in
Computer Engineering from Bucknell University. Mr. Fitz serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for
National Safe Place, a nationwide non-profit serving runaway and homeless youth. He and his family reside
in Leesburg, Virginia.

She’s an active member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and volunteers with several charities focused on women’s and children’s services in the metro Orlando area, where she lives with her family.

As President and COO, Kira Makagon is responsible for RingCentral’s product and technology organization, and direct and channel sales, customer success, marketing, and operations organizations.  With over a decade of leadership at RingCentral, she has been instrumental in defining RingCentral's multi-product portfolio and global reach, positioning the company at the forefront of the AI-powered communications and collaboration market.  Her visionary leadership has been crucial in propelling RingCentral's growth from pre-IPO to over $2.4 billion in annual recurring revenue.

Previously as RingCentral’s Chief Innovation Officer & Chief Marketing Officer, she led the company’s brand to demand global marketing strategy, including product marketing, corporate marketing, demand generation and events, and oversaw global product, user experience, engineering, cloud operations, security, and IT. Makagon has led a number of market-first product innovations at global scale, such as RingCentral's mobile-first cloud PBX with integrated video meetings capabilities, now powered with AI for improved productivity and user experience.

Makagon spearheaded  RingCentral's open platform,  revolutionizing the industry by enabling highly customizable workflows through robust open APIs, enabling businesses to tailor their communication systems to their unique needs. Makagon led several acquisitions that led to making RingCentral the first cloud communications provider to have a truly unified solution across messaging, video, and phone enhanced with conversation intelligence, and bringing to market a native, AI-first, fully integrated customer experience solution seamlessly blending artificial intelligence with modern contact center, setting a new standard for customer interactions in the digital age.

In 2020, Makagon spearheaded the launch of RingCentral Video®, the company's proprietary video meetings solution. In 2021, she focused on launching RingCentral Ventures™, RingCentral's corporate ventures arm, which partners with exceptional founding teams and leading venture capitalists to reimagine the future of work through communications and collaboration. 

Makagon has received numerous awards, including a 2021 Aragon Research Women in Technology Award; a 2020 Silver Stevie for Most Innovative Woman of the Year – Technology; a 2019 Gold Women World Award for Excellence in Industry Woman of the Year: Cloud Computing/SaaS/Internet; a 2018 San Francisco Business Times Forever Influential Honor Roll award; a 2016 Silver Stevie for Female Executive of the Year; a 2016 Most Influential Women in Business from the San Francisco Business Times; a 2015 Women of Influence from the Silicon Valley Business Journal; and a 2015 Golden Bridge Business and Innovation award.

Throughout her career, Makagon has pioneered multiple transformational technologies and companies, and served as an advisor to entrepreneurs and early stage companies. Before joining RingCentral, Makagon founded and served as CEO and president of Red Aril, a real-time audience and media optimization platform, acquired by Hearst Corporation. Prior to that, she co-founded and held executive and board positions at flagship online marketing and CRM companies, including Octane Software, acquired by E.piphany (NASDAQ:EPNY), and Scopus Technology (NASDAQ:SCOP), acquired by Siebel (NASDAQ:SEBL).

Makagon is a regular lecturer at UC Berkeley and participant in industry panels and podcasts. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Calix and American Technion Society.

Kevin O’Buckley is senior vice president and general manager of Foundry Services at Intel Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for driving continued growth for Intel Foundry and its differentiated systems foundry offerings, which go beyond traditional wafer fabrication to include packaging, chiplet standards and software, as well as U.S.- and Europe-based capacity.

Prior to joining Intel, O’Buckley  was senior vice president of Marvell’s Compute and Custom Solutions Engineering teams, developing advanced technology chips for infrastructure applications including artificial intelligence and machine learning, 5G wireless, and data center compute and networking. While at Marvell he also served as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s ASIC business, and he was a member of the board of directors at Marvell Government Solutions, developing semiconductor solutions for aerospace and defense customers.

O’Buckley joined Marvell as part of its 2019 acquisition of Avera Semiconductor, where he served as chief executive. He has also held various executive engineering and business leadership roles at Global Foundries and at IBM, where he served for more than 17 years leading technology development and manufacturing organizations.

O’Buckley received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Alfred University and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont.

As Head of Customer Experiences, NPI & Future, Wilder leads a team focused on creating the future roadmap for hybrid work. Prior to his role at HP, Wilder worked at Poly for more than 22 years, most recently as SVP/GM responsible for the Video business. Earlier roles included VP/GM Software and Infrastructure business, VP Enterprise Headsets business, as well as various other positions in strategy, product management and finance.

He has also served on the Executive Committee of the United Way of Santa Cruz County since 2016, helping the local non-profit make a successful strategy shift to focus on youth success.

Wilder holds a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Cruz in Anthropology and History and continues to live in Santa Cruz with his wife, son and daughter.
