Michael Dell is chairman and chief executive officer of Dell Technologies, an innovator and technology leader providing the essential infrastructure for organizations to build their digital future, transform IT and protect their most important information.

Michael’s story started when he founded Dell Technologies with $1000 in 1984 at the age of 19. Notably quoted as saying that “technology is about enabling human potential,” Michael’s vision of how technology should be designed, manufactured and sold forever changed the IT industry. In 1992, Michael became the youngest CEO ever to earn a ranking on the Fortune 500. Known and admired for his astute business vision and bold moves, Michael took Dell Technologies private in 2013, setting the stage to architect the largest technology deal in history with the combination of Dell, EMC and VMware in 2016 and the subsequent relisting of Dell Technologies on the public markets in 2018.
In 1998, Michael formed MSD Capital, now DFO Management, a private investment firm that exclusively manages the capital for the Dell family. And in 1999, he established his family foundation, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, with the mission of building pathways that change lives throughout the world.
Michael is an honorary member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum and is an executive committee member of the International Business Council. He is also a member of the Technology CEO Council and the Business Roundtable. He serves on the advisory board of Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China and on the governing board of the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. He is Chairman of the BDT & MSD Advisory Board, and also served as the United Nations Foundation's first Global Advocate for Entrepreneurship. Michael is the author of two books, Direct from Dell and Play Nice But Win.
As Chief Operating Officer at Marvell, Chris Koopmans leads the company’s global business operations, ensuring the successful execution of its strategic goals while shaping its long-term growth strategy. His leadership spans critical functions, including operations, marketing, information technology, and facilities. The Multimarket Business Group, which includes several of Marvell’s core businesses, also reports to Chris.
Prior to becoming COO, Chris served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Operations, where he led corporate transformation initiatives, M&A integrations, and global corporate marketing. He previously headed Marvell’s Networking Business Group and Global Sales and Marketing, playing a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and driving growth.
Chris earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois. As a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, he pursued advanced studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the same institution. To date, he holds more than 10 issued patents.
Dan Wensley is a visionary leader with a career marked by transformative contributions in channel development, strategic marketing and business growth across the IT services and technology industry. Recognized for scaling organizations and building global partner ecosystems, Wensley has helped shape award-winning platforms and develop strategic relationships with tens of thousands of channel partners worldwide.
Over the span of three decades in the channel industry, Wensley has held leadership roles at ScalePad, Level Platforms, Plan 27, and PassPortal, and served as an advisor to emerging vendors and MSPs. He has led high-impact growth and channel development efforts for fast-scaling technology startups and a prominent global channel membership association, earning a reputation for operational rigor, high-caliber talent recruitment and visionary thinking.
As CEO of the Global Technology Industry Association (GTIA), Wensley is focused on deepening member engagement, delivering greater value and amplifying the association’s impact across the market. Wensley brings a community mindset, innovative thinking and a people-first leadership style to his role—driving meaningful impact and shaping the future of the technology landscape with purpose and dedication.
Eric Kessler is the General Manager of Amazon Braket, working to bring quantum computing technologies to the AWS Cloud. Over the past decade, Eric has been working in various industry roles across quantum computing and machine learning, enabling enterprises in their adoption of emerging technologies. Eric has a PhD from the Max-Planck-Institute for Quantum Optics and has worked several years as an academic researcher in quantum information theory and computing.
Dave Brown is Vice President of AWS Compute and Machine Learning Services. In this role he leads the development and operation of foundational AWS services including Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker. These services have become the backbone of cloud computing, serving millions of customers, including Amazon's own global operations. Dave joined AWS in 2007 and has been instrumental in shaping the cloud computing landscape. Beginning as a Software Development Engineer in Cape Town, he played a pivotal role in the early development of Amazon EC2. Since relocating to Seattle in 2012, the services under his leadership have grown to include core AWS offerings across compute and machine learning. A computer scientist by training, Dave began his career as a Software Developer in the financial industry. He holds a Computer Science & Economics degree from the Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
John Taschek is Chief Market Strategy Officer at salesforce.com. He is responsible for corporate product strategy, corporate intelligence, and market influence. Taschek joined the company in 2003, bringing over 20 years of technology evaluation experience.
Previously, Taschek ran the testing labs at eWEEK (formerly PC Week) magazine and was a member of its editorial board. He is an award-winning columnist whose coverage of enterprise applications has been cited in numerous research and academic reports. He is also the author of several books on computing technology.
Xi Wang is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Connectivity Business Unit at Marvell. In this role, Xi is responsible for the company’s broad portfolio of Active Electric Cables, Coherent DSPs, Optical product offerings and PCIe Retimers for the AI and data center connectivity market.
Xi joined Marvell from Inphi as Associate Vice President of product marketing. Before Inphi, he was Senior Product Marketing Manager at Semtech and held various roles at Intersil and IBM.
Xi earned a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Justin is a passionate believer in the power of technology to solve global challenges and advance human progress. Throughout his career, Justin has driven innovation, technology leadership and shareholder value creation at global tech companies. Justin was appointed as Nokia’s President and CEO on April 1, 2025. Prior to Nokia, he was at Intel as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Center & AI Group. In this role, he was responsible for a significant expansion of Intel’s data center and AI business. Between 2015 and 2024, Justin worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), rising through several leadership roles and serving as a member of the executive committee. His last role was Executive Vice President and General Manager, High-Performance Computing, AI & Labs. In this role, he delivered the world’s first exascale supercomputer for the US Department of
Energy, and he positioned the company to be at the forefront of AI, quantum computing and sustainability research. Previously, Justin held several leadership positions at NCR Corporation and Symbol Technologies. He started his career at Motorola, where he was an engineer deploying mobile networks for US carriers. Justin holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is based at Nokia’s headquarters in Espoo, Finland. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and skiing, and is an avid ice hockey and English football fan.
Niccolo de Masi is an experienced public company chief executive officer and board member with expertise in deep tech, mobile, and creating enterprise software-hardware ecosystems. Today he is IonQ’s CEO, and serves on its Board nominating and governing and audit committee since sponsoring its IPO in 2020.
He has served on the Board of 14 public companies including IonQ (NYSE: IONQ), Xura (NASDAQ: MESG), Glu (NASDAQ: GLUU), Monstermob (LSE: MOB), Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI), Genius Sports Group (NYSE: GENI), Resideo (NYSE: REZI) and Planet (NYSE: PL). He has also served on the board of six dMY Technology Group’s blank cheque vehicles. de Masi has extensive global market experience having been a public company CEO three times, and a private company CEO three times. He has immense public market corporate governance experience having chaired or served on compensation, audit, and nominating and governing committees for over a decade.
