Rene was appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Arm Board in February 2022. Prior to being appointed CEO, Rene was President of Arm’s IP Product Groups (IPG) from January 2017. Under his leadership, Rene transformed IPG to focus on key solutions for vertical markets with a more diversified product portfolio and increased investment in the Arm software ecosystem. In addition to his role as CEO, Rene also sits on the boards of Arm China, AstraZeneca, and SoftBank Group.

Rene joined Arm in October 2013 as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and two years later was appointed to the Executive Committee and named Arm’s Chief Commercial Officer in charge of global sales and marketing.

Sangyeun “Paul” Cho serves as President of Samsung Semiconductor and Corporate EVP of Samsung Electronics, responsible for Samsung's U.S. semiconductor business, which includes Memory, Foundry, and System LSI. 

With over 18 years at Samsung, Cho has held leadership roles in Korea and the US. He founded the Memory Solutions Lab, pioneering innovations like in-storage computing and multi-streamed solid-state drives, which are now industry standards. Cho also led server-class SSD software engineering and security initiatives. Previously, he spent nearly a decade in academia as a professor at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on computer architecture. Cho holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. from Seoul National University.

Esam Elashmawi is Lattice Semiconductor’s Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. Esam has played a critical role in Lattice’s transformation since joining Lattice in 2018. As Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Esam spearheaded the Company’s strategic transformation leading to rapid product portfolio expansion and launch of multiple new hardware and software solutions. Esam brings to the role over 30 years of technology industry experience, having successfully managed and developed solutions and equipment for the datacenter, automotive, defense, communications and industrial markets.

Prior to joining Lattice, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Microsemi Corporation since 2010, where he successfully grew multiple acquisitions and divisions. Esam also previously served as Vice President of Product Development at Actel Corporation, which Microsemi acquired in 2010. Earlier in his career he co-founded SiliconExpert Technologies, a component management software company, which was acquired by Arrow Electronics. Esam holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Kevin O’Buckley is senior vice president and general manager of Foundry Services at Intel Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for driving continued growth for Intel Foundry and its differentiated systems foundry offerings, which go beyond traditional wafer fabrication to include packaging, chiplet standards and software, as well as U.S.- and Europe-based capacity.

Prior to joining Intel, O’Buckley  was senior vice president of Marvell’s Compute and Custom Solutions Engineering teams, developing advanced technology chips for infrastructure applications including artificial intelligence and machine learning, 5G wireless, and data center compute and networking. While at Marvell he also served as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s ASIC business, and he was a member of the board of directors at Marvell Government Solutions, developing semiconductor solutions for aerospace and defense customers.

O’Buckley joined Marvell as part of its 2019 acquisition of Avera Semiconductor, where he served as chief executive. He has also held various executive engineering and business leadership roles at Global Foundries and at IBM, where he served for more than 17 years leading technology development and manufacturing organizations.

O’Buckley received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Alfred University and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont.

Tristan Holtam is group vice president and chief of staff to the President and CEO of Applied Materials, Inc., Gary Dickerson, where he plays an important role in developing and communicating Applied’s vision and strategy. As head of Corporate Strategy and Development, he works across the business groups and functions to manage the company’s strategy development process and operating rhythm. His responsibilities span key functional groups including corporate strategy and marketing, communications and public affairs, government relations, and facilities. In addition, he oversees teams that are incubating new strategic capabilities and growth opportunities for the company.

Jas Tremblay is Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center Solutions Group at Broadcom, responsible for developing and delivering silicon, software and adapters for data center connectivity. Mr. Tremblay joined the company through the LSI acquisition, where he was Vice President of North America Sales responsible for hyperscale, networking, telecom and storage accounts. Klas Moreau is the CEO of ZeroPoint Technologies AB, a deep tech company pioneering

Dave Brown is Vice President of AWS Compute and Machine Learning Services. In this role he leads the development and operation of foundational AWS services including Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker. These services have become the backbone of cloud computing, serving millions of customers, including Amazon's own global operations. Dave joined AWS in 2007 and has been instrumental in shaping the cloud computing landscape. Beginning as a Software Development Engineer in Cape Town, he played a pivotal role in the early development of Amazon EC2. Since relocating to Seattle in 2012, the services under his leadership have grown to include core AWS offerings across compute and machine learning. Sachin Gupta is the Vice President and General Manager of Infrastructure and Solutions Group (ISG) at Google Cloud. Having joined Google in 2020, Sachin brings together Product and Engineering for Storage, Networking, Google Distributed Cloud and Telco, and Product teams for Reliability and Global Expansion.

Karan Batta is Senior Vice President of Product at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). He is responsible for strategic product initiatives including GPU, AI and Multicloud. Karan’s organization also supports OCI’s largest and most strategic customer’s ensuring that OCI is delivering the right services and features to those customers as well as implementing the operational workflows necessary to make Oracle’s customers successful.

Karan joined Oracle in 2017 as one the of first members of OCI working to define the core product portfolio including compute, storage, and networking. Prior to Microsoft he was an early part of a startup called GreenButton in New Zealand that provided visual effects services on multiple cloud providers. GreenButton was acquired by Microsoft. Karan is based in Seattle WA.

Ross A. Mauri is the General Manager for IBM Z & LinuxONE. In this capacity, he is responsible for all facets of the IBM Z & LinuxONE server division including strategy, engineering, marketing, sales, support and worldwide financial performance. Since taking his current role in July 2014, Mauri has led the turnaround of IBM’s mainframe business. The IBM z16 system has been noted as IBM’s most successful program in history. And in April, 2025 Mr. Mauri introduced IBM’s next generation z17 and LinuxONE 5 systems to global accolades for advanced AI, Hybrid Cloud agility and world class Cyber Resilience.

Aneel Bhusri is co-founder and executive chair at Workday. 

Aneel has been a leader, product visionary, and innovator in the enterprise software industry for more than 25 years. 

As executive chair, Aneel serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and other members of executive management with a particular focus on innovation and the future direction of Workday’s applications and technology platform. Aneel, who co-founded Workday in 2005, previously served as the company’s co-CEO from 2009–2014 with co-founder Dave Duffield, CEO from 2014–2020, and co-CEO from 2020–2024. Durga Malladi is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technology Planning, Edge Solutions and Data Center at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.

Durga is responsible for technology product management and IP roadmap planning across all businesses in Qualcomm Technologies. This spans artificial intelligence (hardware, software, tools), connectivity (5G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, satellite communications, positioning), processors (CPU, GPU, NPU), multimedia (computer vision, audio, video, sensors), central software, developer ecosystem, and data management and analytics platforms. His Ph.D. dissertation is on adaptive estimation and filtering techniques, and his research interests include artificial intelligence, signal processing, communication theory, and quantum computing.

Xi Wang is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Connectivity Business Unit at Marvell. Govind Balakrishnan is Senior Vice President and General Manager, responsible for Adobe Express and Digital Media Services. Eric Kessler is the General Manager of Amazon Braket, working to bring quantum computing technologies to the AWS Cloud. Greg Baribault is a seasoned leader in the collaboration technology space, currently serving as Vice President of Product & Portfolio Management at HP | Poly, where he oversees HP’s hybrid systems—ranging from headsets to advanced video room solutions. Before joining HP in 2023, Greg built a distinguished 26-year career at Microsoft. There, he played pivotal roles in developing Exchange Server, voicemails in Outlook, and led engineering efforts for Microsoft Teams Rooms—a key transformation in seamless, one-touch conference room experiences.

At HP | Poly, Greg has driven major portfolio upgrades: a full video lineup refresh in 2024 (with Gen 2 models across Windows and Android platforms), an upcoming headset update, and deeper integration with tools like Vyopta for enhanced device analytics and insights. He also champions sustainability initiatives—highlighting usage of recycled materials and energy efficiencies in product design.

Andrew Nartker leads Google Beam, an AI-first 3D video communication platform designed to create immersive, lifelike meeting experiences. Formerly known as Project Starline, Beam has evolved under Andrew’s leadership from a confidential R&D initiative into a scalable enterprise solution, now being piloted across real-world business settings.

Prior to leading Google Beam, Andrew played a pivotal role in Google’s early immersive efforts. He co-founded Google Cardboard and led product development for Google Daydream, helping to democratize virtual reality through mobile accessibility. His work reflects a consistent focus on pushing the boundaries of human connection through innovative hardware and software experiences.

Dave Shull is President of HP Solutions.

As head of this business, he integrates HP’s portfolio of hardware, services, and software to improve employee experiences, provide flexibility, and deliver peace of mind for global organizations.

Joining HP from Poly, where he held the role as President and CEO, Dave brings to HP over 25 years of senior leadership experience in business transformation, complex business partnerships, operations, and corporate development having built, led, and reinvigorated brands including TiVo, Weather Channel and Dish.

Dave serves as board member and advisor to a number of technology start-ups, and also supports a group of charities addressing ultra-poverty.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Oxford University.

A seasoned leader with 25+ years of experience, JJ Davis oversees all aspects of Global Communications and Environmental Social Governance for Dell Technologies. In this role, she works cross-functionally to foster alignment and advocacy across the diverse stakeholder landscape for the company.

Her global team includes media relations, industry analyst relations, executive communications, team member communications, sales and partner communications, influencer relations, social media, social impact and innovation, and corporate ESG and sustainability.

JJ started her public relations and public affairs career at the Arkansas Office of the Governor and has held various communications leadership roles for both corporations and agencies nationwide. 

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, JJ lives in Austin with her husband David, a third-generation entrepreneur, and three sons. She is active in her boys’ sports and the family foundation, The Aimee Melissa Davis Memorial Scholarship, supporting graduating seniors with Juvenile Diabetes.

As head of Global Impact  and Sustainability at ServiceNow, she leads the company’s eff orts in social impact, environmental  sustainability, and regulatory reporting. She emphasizes data-driven impact and collaboration, ensuring  sustainability is fully embedded into business practices. Prior to ServiceNow, Lyndsay built the corporate  responsibility program at Medidata Solutions and worked in the Chairman’s office at IAC.

Savinay was most recently with Vonage, part of Ericsson. He joined Vonage as EVP, Product and Engineering where he was responsible for global leadership of Vonage’s engineering, product management, and security teams. Focused on driving the company’s technology strategy, he led the innovation of the Vonage Communications Platform (VCP) and a portfolio of solutions to accelerate the world's ability to connect. Berry was part of the executive team that drove significant growth at Vonage which led to the acquisition of Vonage by Ericsson in 2022.

Leading with an entrepreneur mindset in the enterprise world, Berry has more than 20 years of experience in technology and software with a track record of developing highly innovative products and spearheading results-driven transformational change. Prior to joining Vonage, he was Senior Vice President, Cloud Services at OpenText, responsible for all cloud services and strategy, including infrastructure, service delivery, managed services, and developer services. Before that, he also served as OpenText Vice President, Engineering and Products leading cloud applications, design, performance and security.

Prior to OpenText, Berry was Vice President, Product Management at Dell EMC, where he was responsible for the content management product portfolio. He led all SaaS, mobile, web and on-premises products, including Documentum, Captiva and other enterprise productivity applications and was part of the executive team responsible for acquisition of Documentum by OpenText.

Before Dell, Berry served in product and engineering leadership roles at Intuit where he led the development of advanced products, such as wearables, mobile and intelligent systems. Earlier, he was Vice President of Product Management at Empowered Inc., acquired by Qualcomm, where he defined the vision and direction for the industry’s first mobile-only social learning platform on the iPad, through a partnership with UCLA.

Rob Thomas is Senior Vice President Software and Chief Commercial Officer, IBM. He leads IBM’s software business, including product management and design, product development and business development. In addition, Rob has global responsibility for IBM revenue and profit, including worldwide sales, strategic partnerships and ecosystem. 

In his over 20 years in IBM, Rob has held roles in Consulting, Microelectronics and Software, including two years leading teams in Tokyo, Japan. In 2007, Rob joined IBM’s software business, focused on data and analytics. He led the company’s product and platform strategy, setting the company’s long-term vision and roadmap for cloud content management in the enterprise. He transformed Box from a single product application to a multi-product platform used by 100K customers representing 69% of the Fortune 500. The discipline, quality standards, performance metrics, and stability Jeetu instilled fueled the platform’s growth – nearly quadrupling revenues to $700M+. Box’s growth scaled to reach over 60M users with over 50% of customers using multiple products. He also created the Box Platform business unit where he led product strategy, marketing and developer relations – driving products from incubation stage to mature offerings.

Before joining Box, Jeetu was General Manager and Chief Executive of EMC’s newly acquired Syncplicity business unit, a cloud service for Enterprise File Sync Sharing (EFSS) and collaboration. One of the first SaaS-based solutions offered by EMC, Jeetu spearheaded the company’s acquisition. He created a world class leadership team, secured some of the market’s largest customers and led the group to become one of the fastest growing EFSS companies in a highly competitive market. Other key roles at EMC included CMO for the Information Intelligence Group and Chief Strategy Officer, where he drove the organic and inorganic strategy for the division’s cloud and mobile growth.

Previously, Jeetu was President of Doculabs, a research and advisory firm co-owned by Forrester Research. The firm focused on collaboration and content management across a range of industries including financial services, insurance, energy, manufacturing, and life sciences.

He currently serves on the boards of JLL, an American commercial real estate services company, and Equinix, Inc., a digital infrastructure company.

Nikesh Arora joined as chairman and CEO of Palo Alto Networks in June 2018. Before joining Palo Alto Networks, Nikesh served as president and chief operating officer of SoftBank Group Corp. Prior to that, he held a number of positions at Google, Inc. during a 10-year span, including senior vice president and chief business officer, president of global sales operations and business development, and president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Google, Nikesh held the role of chief marketing officer for the T-Mobile International Division of Deutsche Telekom AG. He was chief executive officer and founder of T-Motion PLC, which merged with T-Mobile International in 2002.

Nikesh serves on the board of Compagnie Financière Richemont S.A., a public Switzerland-based luxury goods holding company, and Tipping Point, a non-profit organization that fights poverty in the Bay Area. Previously, he served on the boards of SoftBank Group Corp., Sprint Corp., Colgate-Palmolive Inc. and Yahoo! Japan, among others. He holds an M.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University, an M.S. in finance from Boston College and a B. Tech. in electrical engineering from the Institute of Technology at Banaras Hindu University.

Marc van Zadelhoff joined Mimecast as the company's second CEO and member of the board in January 2024, leading all aspects of the business and guiding the company as it enters its third decade of operation. He is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. Prior to joining Mimecast, Marc was the CEO of Devo Technology, a cloud-based logging platform that he led through an intense growth phase where they raised $350M and tripled revenues. He also spent time as COO at LogMeIn, and was GM /CEO of IBM Security, an IBM Business Unit that he co-founded. Under his leadership, IBM Security grew to 8,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue. Marc is a curious and committed leader working alongside Mimecast’s 2,200+ employees to ensure its customers can secure human risk. He was born in the Netherlands and currently resides in the Boston-area with his wife and three daughters. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and obtained a B.A. from Bowdoin College.

As Chief Operating Officer at Marvell, Chris Koopmans leads the company’s global business operations, ensuring the successful execution of its strategic goals while shaping its long-term growth strategy. His leadership spans critical functions, including operations, marketing, information technology, and facilities. The Multimarket Business Group, which includes several of Marvell’s core businesses, also reports to Chris.

Prior to becoming COO, Chris served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Operations, where he led corporate transformation initiatives, M&A integrations, and global corporate marketing. Sumit Sadana is executive vice president and chief business officer at Micron Technology. Sumit is responsible for the company P&L and all the company’s business units, driving revenue and profitability and positioning the company for success through strategic partnerships with customers. The business units are also responsible for product roadmap definition and aligning company R&D initiatives with market and customer requirements.
