Michael Dell is chairman and chief executive officer of Dell Technologies, an innovator and technology leader providing the essential infrastructure for organizations to build their digital future, transform IT and protect their most important information.
Dell Technologies is one of the world’s largest IT companies serving the needs of global corporations and governments to small businesses and consumers. Michael’s story started when he founded Dell Technologies with $1000 in 1984 at the age of 19. Notably quoted as saying that “technology is about enabling human potential,” Michael’s vision of how technology should be designed, manufactured and sold forever changed the IT industry. In 1992, Michael became the youngest CEO ever to earn a ranking on the Fortune 500. Known and admired for his astute business vision and bold moves, Michael took Dell Technologies private in 2013, setting the stage to architect the largest technology deal in history with the combination of Dell, EMC and VMware in 2016 and the subsequent relisting of Dell Technologies on the public markets in 2018.
In 1998, Michael formed MSD Capital, now DFO Management, a private investment firm that exclusively manages the capital for the Dell family. And in 1999, he established his family foundation, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, with the mission of building pathways that change lives throughout the world.
Michael is an honorary member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum and is an executive committee member of the International Business Council. He is also a member of the Technology CEO Council and the Business Roundtable. He serves on the advisory board of Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China and on the governing board of the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. He is Chairman of the BDT & MSD Advisory Board, and also served as the United Nations Foundation's first Global Advocate for Entrepreneurship. Michael is the author of two books, Direct from Dell and Play Nice But Win.
Marc van Zadelhoff joined Mimecast as the company's second CEO and member of the board in January 2024, leading all aspects of the business and guiding the company as it enters its third decade of operation. He is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. Prior to joining Mimecast, Marc was the CEO of Devo Technology, a cloud-based logging platform that he led through an intense growth phase where they raised $350M and tripled revenues. He also spent time as COO at LogMeIn, and was GM /CEO of IBM Security, an IBM Business Unit that he co-founded. Under his leadership, IBM Security grew to 8,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue. Marc is a curious and committed leader working alongside Mimecast’s 2,200+ employees to ensure its customers can secure human risk. He was born in the Netherlands and currently resides in the Boston-area with his wife and three daughters. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and obtained a B.A. from Bowdoin College.
Ross A. Mauri is the General Manager for IBM Z & LinuxONE. In this capacity, he is responsible for all facets of the IBM Z & LinuxONE server division including strategy, engineering, marketing, sales, support and worldwide financial performance. Since taking his current role in July 2014, Mauri has led the turnaround of IBM’s mainframe business. The IBM z16 system has been noted as IBM’s most successful program in history. And in April, 2025 Mr. Mauri introduced IBM’s next generation z17 and LinuxONE 5 systems to global accolades for advanced AI, Hybrid Cloud agility and world class Cyber Resilience.
Rob Thomas is Senior Vice President Software and Chief Commercial Officer, IBM. He leads IBM’s software business, including product management and design, product development and business development. In addition, Rob has global responsibility for IBM revenue and profit, including worldwide sales, strategic partnerships and ecosystem.
In his over 20 years in IBM, Rob has held roles in Consulting, Microelectronics and Software, including two years leading teams in Tokyo, Japan. In 2007, Rob joined IBM’s software business, focused on data and analytics. He has held a variety of roles including product engineering and business development, leading IBM’s transition from databases to delivering broader analytical capabilities, investing in open source, and eventually artificial intelligence. Rob has also overseen numerous transformational acquisitions, representing over $20 billion in transaction value.
Rob is also the author of four books on technology and innovation. His most recent book, AI Value Creators, was released in 2025 and shares practical ways to plan your generative AI journey to take maximum advantage of this new innovation while transforming your business. Rob’s other books – Big Data Revolution, The End of Tech Companies and The AI Ladder: Accelerate Your Journey to AI – provide essential advice for business leaders on how to navigate the technological transformations that have defined the past decade. Rob also publishes ‘The Mentor’ on Substack (robdthomas.substack.com), sharing monthly lessons on leadership, life and personal development.
Kareem Yusuf Ph.D leads IBM’s mission to expand its global ecosystem, elevate its partnerships, and develop and scale new business opportunities and strategic alliances for the company.
He has been with IBM for over 25 years and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Product Management and Growth, IBM Software. In this role, Kareem was responsible for product management and design of IBM’s expansive software business, including its market-leading AI software.
Previously, Kareem has held senior leadership positions in a variety of roles, including General Manager, Sustainability Software, and General Manager, IoT. Additionally, he has vast experience across software development, SaaS operations, mergers and acquisitions, and field technical sales. Kareem holds a Ph.D. from the University of Leeds, focused on Decision Support Systems for Civil Engineering construction. He is an accomplished industry speaker, distinguished author, and recognized thought leader on a range of topics, including how businesses can scale AI for competitive advantage and growth.
Jason Kelley is the Global Strategic Partnerships and GSI Executive is responsible for the development and execution of our relationships with our network of Global Systems Integrators and Strategic Partnerships including Kyndryl, Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, Salesforce and SAP.
Lyndsay Harris-Kyei is a corporate social responsibility and sustainability leader with a track record of aligning impact initiatives with business strategy to drive meaningful change. As head of Global Impact and Sustainability at ServiceNow, she leads the company’s eff orts in social impact, environmental sustainability, and regulatory reporting. She emphasizes data-driven impact and collaboration, ensuring sustainability is fully embedded into business practices. Prior to ServiceNow, Lyndsay built the corporate responsibility program at Medidata Solutions and worked in the Chairman’s office at IAC.
Lyndsay holds a master’s degree in international affairs from The New School, specializing in human rights and governance. She is based in New York.
Nirankush “Kush” Panchbhai is an experienced product management executive currently serving as SVP of Product Management for Platform at ServiceNow. He oversees several areas including Core Platform, Mobile Platform, Data Platform, Workflow Automation, Analytics, Licensing and Subscription Management, and the ServiceNow Store. His vision is to create a modern, intelligent, and intuitive platform for all builders, pro-code to no-code developers.
Klas Moreau is the CEO of ZeroPoint Technologies AB, a deep tech company pioneering
hardware-accelerated memory compression solutions that significantly enhance performance
and energy efficiency in data centers and smart devices. Under his leadership, ZeroPoint has
transitioned from a university spinout to a globally recognized innovator in semiconductor
technology, delivering products that increase memory capacity by up to 4x and improve
performance per watt by up to 50%.
With over 25 years of experience in deep tech industries—including semiconductors, virtual
reality, artificial intelligence, and gaming—Klas has held key leadership roles that bridge
cutting-edge research and commercial success. Prior to joining ZeroPoint in 2019, he served as
CEO of MindArk, the developer of the virtual universe Entropia Universe, and held various
management positions at Ericsson AB .
Klas holds an MSc in Computer Engineering from Luleå University of Technology. He is
passionate about leveraging technology to drive sustainable innovation and is a sought-after
speaker on topics related to energy-efficient computing and the future of semiconductor
technology.
